Seafibrex was tested at inclusion rates of up to 10% in our co-dev partner's popular bread and bread roll recipes to best understand the optimal ratios of inclusion to improve the nutritional profile while adding structural and sensory benefits. Breads were evaluated by consumers with promising results.
